How has Sri Lanka performed in regard to exports to the EU?
- In 2005 Exports from Sri Lanka to the EU market recorded US$ 1808.43 million. This is a 2.7% increase compared to the year 2004.
- Garments recorded the highest export earnings from the EU last year
- Diamonds and Rubber tyres and tubes are among the other high export earners to the EU.
- Tuna and Bees Honey are among new exports products in demand in the EU market.
