For Garments there are two methods of manufacture.
- “Single Transformation” - Where fabric is imported to make garments. This is not allowed for exports to EU.
- “Double Transformation” - Double transformation refers to two distinct stages of production. Specifically, while imported yarn may be used, the conversion of that yarn to fabric and from fabric to clothing must take place within the country’s border for Exports to EU.
