Auslan International Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, is a member company of the National Chamber of Exporters of Sri Lanka (NCE).
The company acquired the formerly British owned Prices’s Candle Factory at Biyagama in 2004, and relocated it at the Wathupitiwala Export Processing Zone, Nittabuwa. Since then the company has been exporting candle products to Charles Farris in the UK, Next Generation Homewares in Australia, Andrew Hawley in New Zealand, and Prices in the UK periodically.
The company is in possession of state of the art British and German built plant and equipment and produces candles of distinction. This has been made possible as the company has acquired the technology that has been developed since 1830 by Price’s. Furthermore the company continues to obtain technical support from the UK.
An international and local customer base has been already established.
The company is now looking for investments to further develop, and also wishes to create a professional team of marketing and sales. The Board of Investment has already offered the company an adjoining land of 1.2 acres in extent for expansion purposes without having to pay the high land premium.
An equity share holding in relation to the investment is available to those who are interested in this proposal. The product brochures of the company which depicts the products of the company could be downloaded by those who are interested.

We are a confectionery business in Moscow, Russia. We use REFINED PALM OIL Shortening in the making of margarine which we later use in baking of confectionery products. We would like to purchase at least 100 tons per month of Refined Palm Oil Shortening or RBD Palm Oil over the next 5 years.
The Palm Oil that originates from Malaysia is too highly priced for us and we are therefore looking to purchase this oil from another country where the prices are hopefully significantly lower.The final destination is the port of St. Petersburg, Russia.We prefer to receive the prices including cost, insurance and freight (CIF) to St. Petersburg per ton of PALM OIL Shortening or Palm Oil.
We prefer to have the Palm Oil packaged in carton boxes if in solid form, or in flexi-tanks if in liquid form. But ultimately, we prefer the cheapest packaging option available.
I would be grateful to receive quotes / information on the Palm Oil / Shortening requested.
